Shipping policy
All orders, of “in stock” items, are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For items that are available to order, they will be shipped as soon as they are in stock (roughly the end of the month that the order was placed, excluding special or pre-orders) You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For simple flat rate shipping, based on weight:
0-1lb $4.99
1-3lb $7.99
3-5lb $10.99
5-8lb $17.99
8-12lb $24.99
*For weights above 12lb we will process the amount accordingly.
Signature Required
We will charge a 5% fee to orders $200+ for "signature required" fee. This is to protect both, you and us, from any problems with larger orders. Fee rate is subject to change at any moment to fluctuate with active shipping rates.
Pre-Orders/Special-Orders
Pre-Orders/Special-Orders: Pre-orders/special-orders have estimated dates and may have delays beyond our control. We will update the statuses of these orders as we become notified of the changes. Please feel free to reach out to us regarding an order, but also realize these orders may take longer than others on a case-by-case basis.
Single’s Policy
As part of our Shipping Policy, all purchases of single trading cards will incur an additional $2 handling fee. This fee ensures proper packaging, protection, and care during shipping to maintain the card’s condition and quality.
Key Details:
1. The $2 handling fee applies per order, not per card, when purchasing single trading cards.
2. This fee covers specialized materials, including protective sleeves, top loaders, secure shipping envelopes, etc.
3. The handling fee will be automatically added to your order total at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@changzcollectionz.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@changzcollectionz.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
*Please note that shipping costs do fluctuate and may change at any time. We try our best to provide affordable shipping, but we cannot control the fluctuations of shipping companies.
